Nigerian music star by name Harrison Tare Okiri a.k.a Harrysong urges Nigerians not to condemn but to go out and vote instead.
He took to his instagram page to share a new photo with caption;
“The tension is high we can feel it every where , they ve all become very humble; loving and begging for our votes and support;;; Dont be carried away my people ,if the monkey’s best food has been banana , its still banana and will remain banana after Dawn .a lot of us ve decided already;; who and wat to follow; Don’t fight anyone;don’t condenm anyone; go out and vote.”
He was born on March 30, 1981 in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria as the only child to Ijaw parents but moved to Lagos in 2007 after spending some of his early life in Port Harcourt. After the death of his mother, a strained relationship between him and his step-mother led to his drop-out from school and his involvement with music grew after moving to Port Harcourt. At age eleven, Harrysong’s music career started as a congarist in the church his mother served as the music director before he went on to learn contemporary gospel music.
In 2007, he moved to Lagos as the lead singer of a live band who perform in night clubs until he met Kcee which led to him signing for Five Star Music. His rise to fame came when he released the single “I’m In Love” and “Taiye & Kehinde” with the music video of the former topping music video charts including Trace TV. He went on to release his debut album Testify through QuestionMark Entertainment in 2012.
Harrysong was nominated in the “Best Pop/R&B Artist of the Year” category at the 2014 Nigeria Entertainment Awards after the release of his chart-topping song “Better Pikin”. On April 6, 2016, the singer sent a happy birthday message stating a young lady, Cecila Songz is his daughter.

Later the ‘Reggae Blues’ singer has took to Instagram to set the records straight. According to the singer, “Please guys, don’t get it twisted: she is not my biological daughter.” Adding ,”She is my goddaughter. I never reach to born her.
