A 55yrs old guy who stabbed his eight year old daughter in the chest in an apparent act of revenge in opposition to his ex-partner, Tracey Taundry, has been convicted of murder.
Birmingham crown court docket heard that william billingham used a kitchen knife to kill mylee after ignoring her screams as he dragged her into his bungalow near walsall on 20 january, 2018.
Billingham was convicted of murder and creating a chance to kill miss taundry. the unemployed manufacturing facility worker opted not to offer evidence and claimed he had no reminiscence of stabbing mylee.
He said he became guilty of the lesser offence of manslaughter due to despair. prosecutors said billingham had “became his anger” on mylee to spite pass over taundry after she started out a relationship with a girl. he might be sentenced on tuesday.
